Our Quality Management System is certified by IMQ according ISO 9001:2015 Standards and quality of products is recognized by periodical and continuous assessment done by Customers: since many years, we are working with a "Zero Defect" approach and the acknowledgments of our Customers in terms of PPM Line Reject and PPM Field Reject of few units (close to zero). During the production cycle, product quality is continuously assessed: each working phase is automatically checked 100% in automatic way.
Our quality system guarantees complete traceability of components and raw materials, from the incoming to post-sales management.
Additional statistical controls are carried on by the operators and data are stored in a new software system, developed by our engineers, to read automatically all testing results and to save them to prepare final reports, accessible remotely.
